Steven G. Pallios

Steve has practiced law in Modesto for over 40 years with extensive experience in the areas of estate planning, trusts and probate, business planning, and transactional law. His business and transactional work has included counseling in the organization and operation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, and sales and acquisitions of businesses and real property sales and financing for those transactions. Steve provided the necessary tax planning in these transactions as well as the income and estate tax planning for family-owned businesses.

Steve currently serves as the California Probate Referee for Stanislaus County. He received his J.D. from UCLA where he is a member of the UCLA Law Review. Steve also holds an LLM in Taxation.

Steve is the current Chair of the Board of the Modesto Symphony Orchestra and has been active in leadership of The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Modesto.
