Sarah J. Birmingham is an attorney at Gianelli & Associates. Sarah is a Certified Specialist in Family Law with the California Board of Legal Specialization. Her practice areas include: dissolution of marriage, legal separation, property division, child custody, spousal & child support, domestic violence restraining orders, premarital agreements, co-habitation agreements, domestic partnerships, step-parent adoptions and guardianships. Sarah attended Santa Clara University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a minor in Italian. She also received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University, School of Law.
Sarah has been a member of the Board of Directors for The Center for Human Services since 2004 and was their past president from 2008-2010. She is also a member of Soroptimist International of Modesto and was their past president from 2013-2014.
Sarah is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, the United States Supreme Court and the United Stated District Court, Eastern District of California. She is a member of the California State Bar’s Family Law Section and the Santa Clara and Stanislaus County Bar Associations.
